When it comes to bold spring wedding florals, Jentry and Tanner’s celebration in Chillicothe, MO was nothing short of show-stopping. With a vibrant palette, unique bouquet design, and thoughtful floral details throughout the day, this wedding was a perfect example of how florals can make a lasting impression.
Colorful Bouquets with a Trendy Twist
The true showstoppers of the day? The bouquets.
Jentry chose a floral concept that was not only visually stunning but completely on-trend: mono-bloom bridesmaid bouquets. Each bridesmaid carried a bouquet made of a single flower type, en masse. The result was a cohesive yet dynamic look, with each bouquet showcasing a different bloom—from light pink peonies and yellow cremones to lavender campanula and peach ranunculus. The variety added texture and color without feeling chaotic—just bold, beautiful, and totally joyful.
Her own bridal bouquet brought it all together, incorporating a combination of every bloom featured in the bridesmaids’ bouquets, plus statement stems like Icelandic poppy, blush butterfly ranunculus, and green hanging amaranthus. The final look? A lush, vibrant bouquet that felt like spring itself.
A Bright and Airy Reception
The reception at The Ten in Chillicothe embraced the same playful color palette. Instead of large centerpieces, tables were decorated with an assortment of colorful bud vases, each holding a few light and airy blooms. This design not only gave the space a relaxed and romantic feel, but allowed the bold colors and delicate textures of the flowers to truly shine.
