This *FAUX* Flower Cone features a mixture of faux blooms artfully arranged in a plastic cone with an attached spike on the bottom to help it stand up when placed by a gravestone at the cemetery. Honor & remember your loved ones by placing these at their final resting place.
*If you wish to have this arrangement be placed in as existing permanent cone located on your loved ones headstone, please provide that information in the notes section at checkout. This option only available with delivery.
Please note the custom colors and style you wish to see reflected in the notes section at checkout. It will be made to perfection using the most realistic and beautiful faux and silk stems available to curate your desired colors and style. Fresh Flowers
We strive to deliver your sentiments with fresh, beautiful arrangements. However, due to seasonal and regional flower availability, substitutions of equal or greater value may sometimes be necessary. We will preserve the overall style, shape, size, and color palette of the arrangement. The specific color will take precedence over flower type. Substitutions may include: purple orchids for purple irises, or white alstro for white lilies, etc.
Plants
For green and blooming plants, substitutions of similar plants of equal or greater value may be made. For unique plants like orchids, we will prioritize the type but may substitute with a different color. Containers will match as closely as possible.
Gift Baskets
If necessary, we may substitute items within gift baskets with those of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
Special Occasions
To ensure timely delivery for special occasions (e.g., funerals, birthdays, or anniversaries), substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if the requested flowers are unavailable and we cannot reach you via your provided contact information.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding when substitutions are required.
Specific Delivery Times
While we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time, most orders are delivered within four hours. You can include a preferred time frame in the “Notes for the Florist” box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If No One is Home
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact the sender to arrange redelivery. One redelivery per order – beyond that a recipient will need to pick up from shop.
Leave at Door Requests
If you request an arrangement to be left at a doorstep, porch, or other unattended location, you assume all liability. In weather permitting instances we may recommend leaving arrangement at door, but only after making contact with sender and/or recipient. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items due to such requests.
