Wedding Flowers Booking Options
À la carte | Simple
This option is for the wedding couple that knows what they want and wants to keep their wedding flowers simple.
A common order for this option is personal flowers such as bouquets and boutonnieres for the couple and wedding party only.

- No item minimum or service charge
- Paid in full at time of placing the order
- No consultation: Simply provide photos and descriptions of what you are wanting and we will produce it
- Pick up or drop off only
- Client can pick up flowers from the shop in Hamilton during standard business hours
- Olive & Honey can drop off flowers at the wedding venue during standard business hours
- Delivery fee calculated based on mileage
- Set up is NOT included – client will need a designated person to receive the flowers upon drop off
- Due to the nature of specific items and designs such as multi-cage ceremony altar sprays, staircase, ceiling, or meadow installations, etc… then these will require a Full Service Experience booking (see below)
- Orders less than 2 weeks from the wedding date are subject to a $100 rush fee
À la carte | classic
This option is for the wedding couple that has a good idea of what they want, but needs a florist to help them refine their vision.
Flowers are important to them, but not the very top priority for their wedding day.
A common order for this option is personal flowers such as bouquets and boutonnieres for the couple, wedding party and VIP guests, plus select focal pieces such as an altar spray and a set of urn arrangements at the start of the aisle.
- $1,000 minimum
- $500 non-refundable deposit that applies toward the minimum
- 20% service charge that includes all specialized labor needed to bring your one-of-a-kind wedding pieces to life – phone consultation, proposal creation & editing, stem & supply ordering, flower processing & artistic design creation
- Phone consultation:
- Scheduled phone call during our business hours to discuss your wants and needs + suggest ideas to bring your floral visions to life
- Pick up or drop off only
- Olive & Honey can drop off flowers at the wedding venue during standard business hours

full service experience
This option is for the wedding couple who highly prioritize their wedding design and aesthetic. Service is important for this couple also; they value convenience and an easy, yet detailed process. They want their wedding flowers to be impactful and make a statement. Their guests will be wowed and feel like they are attending a luxurious floral experience. This option typically includes flowers for every aspect of the day; personal pieces to hold and wear for all the VIPs, ceremony flowers for the aisle and altar spaces, and centerpieces for all reception tables. Statement installations that must be assembled and finished on-site are commonly included such as a full-coverage altar or hanging vines strung across the reception space.

- $3,000 minimum
- $1,500 non-refundable deposit that applies toward the minimum
- 20% service charge that includes all specialized labor needed to bring your one-of-a-kind wedding pieces to life – in-person consultation, proposal creation & editing, stem & supply ordering, flower processing & artistic design creation, delivery & initial on-site set up
- In-person consultation:
- Scheduled meeting with you and all your VIPs to chat in detail about your wedding flower wants and needs + suggest ideas to bring your vision to life. This is typically a weekday evening to avoid interruptions.
- Delivery fee included for locations within 60 minutes from our flower shop in Hamilton
- Delivery/set up time is not limited to business hours, but scheduled based on wedding timeline needs
- Exclusive date availability
- Only one full service wedding is booked per weekend, this is guaranteed upon payment of deposit
- Orders less than 2 months from the wedding date are subject to a 10% rush fee
- Full service wedding bookings have no limitations on what items and designs we can create! Many large designs are completed on-site, made to scale with venue features for maximum impact!
