Wedding Flowers Booking Options

  • No item minimum or service charge
  • Paid in full at time of placing the order
  • No consultation: Simply provide photos and descriptions of what you are wanting and we will produce it
  • Pick up or drop off only
    • Client can pick up flowers from the shop in Hamilton during standard business hours
    • Olive & Honey can drop off flowers at the wedding venue during standard business hours
      • Delivery fee calculated based on mileage
      • Set up is NOT included – client will need a designated person to receive the flowers upon drop off
  • Due to the nature of specific items and designs such as multi-cage ceremony altar sprays, staircase, ceiling, or meadow installations, etc… then these will require a Full Service Experience booking (see below)
  • Orders less than 2 weeks from the wedding date are subject to a $100 rush fee
  • $1,000 minimum
    • $500 non-refundable deposit that applies toward the minimum
  • 20% service charge that includes all specialized labor needed to bring your one-of-a-kind wedding pieces to life – phone consultation, proposal creation & editing, stem & supply ordering, flower processing & artistic design creation
  • Phone consultation:
    • Scheduled phone call during our business hours to discuss your wants and needs + suggest ideas to bring your floral visions to life
  • Pick up or drop off only
    • Olive & Honey can drop off flowers at the wedding venue during standard business hours

    • $1,500 non-refundable deposit that applies toward the minimum
  • 20% service charge that includes all specialized labor needed to bring your one-of-a-kind wedding pieces to life – in-person consultation, proposal creation & editing, stem & supply ordering, flower processing & artistic design creation, delivery & initial on-site set up
  • In-person consultation:
    • Scheduled meeting with you and all your VIPs to chat in detail about your wedding flower wants and needs + suggest ideas to bring your vision to life. This is typically a weekday evening to avoid interruptions.
  • Delivery fee included for locations within 60 minutes from our flower shop in Hamilton
    • Delivery/set up time is not limited to business hours, but scheduled based on wedding timeline needs
  • Exclusive date availability
    • Only one full service wedding is booked per weekend, this is guaranteed upon payment of deposit
  • Orders less than 2 months from the wedding date are subject to a 10% rush fee
  • Full service wedding bookings have no limitations on what items and designs we can create! Many large designs are completed on-site, made to scale with venue features for maximum impact!
