Layla & Blair’s Terracotta Summer Wedding

Designed for a late summer / early fall celebration, this wedding balanced softness and impact beautifully. Cozy dried elements and warm terracotta tones grounded the design, while premium statement blooms created a modern, editorial feel throughout the day.

The result? Neutral wedding florals that felt anything but expected.

The Bouquets: Classic Meets Drama

For Layla and her bridal party, the vision was clear: cohesive but not identical.

The bridal bouquets carried all the drama — layered, cascading designs filled with movement and luxurious texture. Flowing orchids, sculptural anthurium, and trailing accents created an elevated silhouette that felt romantic, artistic, and entirely unforgettable.

To complement that statement without competing for attention, the bridesmaids carried intentionally simpler bouquets composed of roses and baby’s breath. Clean. Elegant. Timeless.

Together, the bouquets created contrast in all the right ways which allowed the bridal florals to stand out while keeping the overall aesthetic beautifully connected.

Ceremony Statement Florals

The ceremony design centered around a dramatic cascading cross installation that transformed the ceremony space into something truly memorable.

Rather than traditional symmetry, this piece leaned into organic movement and layered texture. Premium florals flowed naturally through the structure while dried grasses and airy elements softened the overall look.

The result felt impactful without losing the warmth and intimacy of the season.

Reception Details with Purpose & Personality

For the reception, floral moments were designed to create atmosphere and visual impact.

Ground-grown style floral arrangements framed the front of the head table, creating a lush, gathered feel while keeping sightlines open for guests.

One of the standout design moments was the neon sign grid wall accented with florals — a rental piece supplied by Olive & Honey and customized with layered floral placement to tie seamlessly into the rest of the celebration design.

The combination of structured installation elements with soft florals created a reception space that felt modern, warm, and incredibly photogenic.
