•The MINI subscription includes bud vase sized arrangements consisting of 1-3 main blooms. The subscription cost is a $180 investment, making each arrangement only $15, yet valued at $22.50+ each.
•The CLASSIC subscription includes small sized arrangements consisting of 3-7 main blooms. The subscription cost is a $360 investment, making each arrangement only $30, yet valued at $45+ each.
•The LUXE subscription includes medium sized arrangements consisting of 7-12 main blooms. The subscription cost is a $520 investment, making each arrangement only $43.33, yet valued at $65+ each. This option also includes free local delivery!

There are four ways to gift this subscription using a complimentary Class Countertop Club information card that announces they have been given a flower subscription + verbiage explaining the process of redeeming their gift:
•Pick up an information card from Olive & Honey and give it to the recipient yourself. All (12) arrangements will be the responsibility of the recipient to redeem & pick up at Olive & Honey.
•Information card mailed to the recipient (complementary). All (12) arrangements will be the responsibility of the recipient to redeem & pick up at Olive & Honey. The information card will be mailed within 48 hours of Classy Countertop Club purchase unless otherwise specified.
•Redeem the 1st arrangement with the information card attached to it. Pick up the arrangement from Olive & Honey and give it to the recipient yourself. Remaining (11) arrangements will be the responsibility of the recipient to redeem & pick up at Olive & Honey.
•Redeem the 1st arrangement with the information card attached to it and add the purchase of (1) delivery. Remaining (11) arrangements will be the responsibility of the recipient to redeem & pick up at Olive & Honey.
Please note that photos on our website are intended to represent the overall style and theme of the arrangement. Some vases or floral elements may be one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated exactly. Substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to weather, seasonality, or market conditions. In such cases, we will maintain the style, theme, and color palette of your arrangement and only substitute items of equal or greater value. If specific design elements are crucial to your order, please include those details in the “Notes for the Florist” at checkout or contact us directly to confirm availability.
We strive to deliver your sentiments with fresh, beautiful arrangements. However, due to seasonal and regional flower availability, substitutions of equal or greater value may sometimes be necessary. We will preserve the overall style, shape, size, and color palette of the arrangement. The specific color will take precedence over flower type. Substitutions may include: purple orchids for purple irises, or white alstro for white lilies, etc.
For green and blooming plants, substitutions of similar plants of equal or greater value may be made. For unique plants like orchids, we will prioritize the type but may substitute with a different color. Containers will match as closely as possible.
If necessary, we may substitute items within gift baskets with those of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
To ensure timely delivery for special occasions (e.g., funerals, birthdays, or anniversaries), substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if the requested flowers are unavailable and we cannot reach you via your provided contact information.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding when substitutions are required.
While we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time, most orders are delivered within four hours. You can include a preferred time frame in the “Notes for the Florist” box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact the sender to arrange redelivery. One redelivery per order – beyond that a recipient will need to pick up from shop.
If you request an arrangement to be left at a doorstep, porch, or other unattended location, you assume all liability. In weather permitting instances we may recommend leaving arrangement at door, but only after making contact with sender and/or recipient. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items due to such requests.
