Have an idea in mind of what you want your wrapped bouquet to look like –> tell us and we will bring it to life! This Wrapped Bouquet is custom made to match your desired colors and style. Wrapped bouquets are ideal for formally presenting to a recipient in an one-on-one ceremonial fashion, typically as a form of congratulations for a joyful celebration in bloom, designed to mark life’s biggest achievements in the most beautiful way. This bouquet is perfect to formally presenting to someone who has won an award, accomplished an achievement such as graduating, performed in a theater production or recital – anything worth celebrating! A stunning way to say, “You did it!” and share in their excitement.
Our wrapped bouquets are designed with a small, temporary water source inside the decorative paper wrapping. They are intended to be unwrapped and placed in a vase with water within several hours. The flower's life expectancy will be shortened if they are kept in their wrap longer than 12 hours.
Please note the custom colors and style you wish to see reflected in the notes section at checkout. It will be made to perfection using the freshest and most beautiful stems available to curate your desired colors and style. Substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to weather, seasonality, or market conditions. In such cases, we will maintain the style, theme, and color palette of your arrangement and only substitute items of equal or greater value. If specific design elements are crucial to your order, please include those details in the “Notes for the Florist” at checkout or contact us directly to confirm availability.
Fresh Flowers
We strive to deliver your sentiments with fresh, beautiful arrangements. However, due to seasonal and regional flower availability, substitutions of equal or greater value may sometimes be necessary. We will preserve the overall style, shape, size, and color palette of the arrangement. The specific color will take precedence over flower type. Substitutions may include: purple orchids for purple irises, or white alstro for white lilies, etc.
Plants
For green and blooming plants, substitutions of similar plants of equal or greater value may be made. For unique plants like orchids, we will prioritize the type but may substitute with a different color. Containers will match as closely as possible.
Gift Baskets
If necessary, we may substitute items within gift baskets with those of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
Special Occasions
To ensure timely delivery for special occasions (e.g., funerals, birthdays, or anniversaries), substitutions of equal or greater value may be made if the requested flowers are unavailable and we cannot reach you via your provided contact information.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding when substitutions are required.
Specific Delivery Times
While we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time, most orders are delivered within four hours. You can include a preferred time frame in the “Notes for the Florist” box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If No One is Home
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact the sender to arrange redelivery. One redelivery per order – beyond that a recipient will need to pick up from shop.
Leave at Door Requests
If you request an arrangement to be left at a doorstep, porch, or other unattended location, you assume all liability. In weather permitting instances we may recommend leaving arrangement at door, but only after making contact with sender and/or recipient. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items due to such requests.
